a gem of a stay!

the staff was friendly and helpful . the common areas had complimentary tea and coffee available, such a sweet touch. i also appreciated that i could leave my luggage behind after checkout. the online messenger support was also excellent.
the shower lacked a door, thus i had to be extra careful to prevent water from escaping. the faucet faced the opening, made this a bit difficult.

the family room suited our needs well. breakfast was enjoyable, and everyone in my family liked it. the front desk staff offered helpful assistance. the train station was very close.
i noticed the soap in the bathtub seemed quite watered down. we booked a triple room but did not receive enough amenities for three guests. reception expected me to collect requested items myself.

The staff was lovely and helpful . common areas provide tea and coffee. This was a nice touch. i left luggage behind without problems after checking out.
the walls were very thin, and there were noisy tourists on my floor. they slammed doors and shouted late at night. i had to call reception at 2 am to stop the noise.

the location was convenient to transportation, restaurants, and sites, which i liked.
The air conditioning did not work properly, blowing warm air instead of cool air. this made the room hotter than outside. Scaffolding was right outside our window, too. this was annoying
